Leadership Institutes
ACROSS NH offers Leadership Institute 1: Developing Your Own Leadership Roadmap, and Leadership Institute 2: Leadership Principles and Practice, to support up and coming leaders in the field of out of school time (OST). These institutes provide opportunities for individuals to learn about their own leadership styles, develop their unique strengths and skillset, and learn about the principles and practices of leadership that encourage a positive and high functioning program. Leadership Summits and Leadership Communities of Practice (CoP) are offered to any graduate of ACROSS NH Leadership Institutes each year. These sessions provide an opportunity to network with like minded colleagues and further explore specific topics in leadership to support developing leaders in OST. Professional development hours will be awarded in the NH Connections Information System. If you have questions about the ACROSS NH Leadership Institutes, please email Jamie Nadeau, Executive Director, at jnadeau@acrossnh.org.
